National Notary Association Member

As members of the National Notary Association (NNA), we ensure our process and service execution are current with Florida law and will withstand any legal scrutiny.

In addition to our NNA membership, we are also Certified Notary Signing Agents (NSA) and meet or exceed the industry standards to execute real-estate closings on behalf of lenders and title companies. An important part of this certification includes successfully passing a national standards background investigation and maintaining a service bond and errors and omissions insurance.

Its worth highlighting the national standards background investigation which includes a review of criminal, civil and moral turpitude history and in this case no history of these at all, to successfully pass. As a mobile notary, personal security, yours and ours should always be a consideration. It would be prudent as a consumer of mobile notary services to look for the NSA certification for these reasons.

NOTARY SERVICE FEES

We are a MOBILE NOTARY SERVICE and charge a service/travel fee plus the Florida regulated $10 per notarial act. Once we commit and schedule a time and location to meet, we require the service/travel fee be paid at that time with the notarial fee paid at the time of service.

Service/travel fee is $45 up to 10 miles from zip code 33527
Beyond 10 miles, $1 per mile up to 30 miles. Beyond 30 miles can be negotiated
Notarial fee is $10 per stamp
